Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 1 business day notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer the appointment to other patients. If a patient does not show up for an appointment or give enough notice, a cancellation fee of $125 will apply.
